As a  Cook at GYG,you will be at the heart of our mission to serve up the best Mexican food experience. Following the GYG recipe guide, your role will see you working with fresh ingredients and vibrant Mexican flavours, delivering quality creations for our new and loyal guests. ​

We are currently looking for a full time cook who is available for flexible shifts, including overnights on weekends. Shifts may start as early as 6am, and overnight shifts will be from 10pm onwards.

We appreciate diverse experience, but specifically, we are looking for candidates who have:

• Experience in a kitchen / cooking role within a busy hospitality environment
• Certificate in commercial cookery or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of food safety concerns
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
