Trove Home Care is looking for an experienced, dependable caregiver with an active CNA license seeking approximately 30–40 hours per week This role is a great fit for someone who wants consistent hours and is comfortable with a schedule that may vary based on client needs.

What You'll Do

Our caregivers provide in-home support to help clients maintain their comfort, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities may include:

• Personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Meal preparation and medication reminders
• Light housekeeping
• Transportation to appointments or errands
• Companionship and general support

What We're Looking For

• Active Virginia CNA certification required
• Flexible availability based on client needs
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Comfortable working with multiple clients as needed
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and personal care
• Must pass a background check and reference screening
• We reserve the right to require a minimum of 16 weekend work hours per month based on scheduling and business needs.
