The most important role in the restaurant! This person is responsible for the quality of the majority of our product. Starting out as a breader and excelling can be a launching pad into leadership and many other positions to move up quickly. This takes someone who does not mind working with raw chicken and has a great sense of urgency. Performance expectations are high for this position and it is quite challenging, but is the most valued and can be the most highly compensated position in the restaurant.
