Location: Browns Brasserie, Brown Thomas, Patrick Street, Cork

Job Type: Full Time, General shifts are 09:30 - 17:30, Monday to Friday

Start Date: Immediate

Experience: Previous experience essential, Must be available full time.

Salary: Can earn up to €16.15 based on experience

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a warm, professional attitude
• Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and managing tables efficiently
• Delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and elegant environment
• Helping guests feel welcome and well cared for throughout their visit
• Working closely with the team to maintain high standards and service flow
• Assisting with side duties, cleaning, and opening/closing tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, professional demeanor and a passion for great food and exceptional service
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• Experience in a busy restaurant environment is a plus, but not required — full training will be provided
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
