One Vision is seeking to hire Full - Time, Back End Nights - Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Our Back End schedule for our new 12-hour shift schedule model working 3 consecutive days from Wednesday night to Thursday Morning, Thursday night to Friday Morning, and from Friday Night to Saturday morning in our Webster City, IA homes. We are excited to bring a new work schedule which supports work life balance for our team members.
