This schedule is designed with work-life balance in mind: 3 days on, then the rest of your week is free.
As a DSP, you'll make a direct impact every shift, helping people with intellectual and developmental disabilities live their most independent, fulfilling lives.
As a DSP, you'll be more than a caregiver-you'll be a mentor, coach, and supporter. Each shift, you'll:
Provide support with daily living needs (meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and medications).
Encourage independence, self-confidence, and personal growth
Support community involvement and recreational activities
Drive individuals to appointments, outings, and events.
Keep clear and accurate documentation using electronic systems.
Assist with finances, grocery shopping, and household responsibilities.
Compassion, reliability, and a positive attitude.
High School Diploma or GED.
At least 18 years old with a valid driver's license & auto insurance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support mobility as needed.
Comfortable using a computer/device for documentation.
Ability to pass background checks and health screenings.
Willing to complete required job training and certifications.
