Hope Residence is a 52-bed Intermediate Care Facility (ICF) serving individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Our vision is to share eternal hope, provide hope, and inspire hope.

We are currently hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) for:

  • Full-time

  • Part-time

  • Weekend-only

  • 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts

Compensation & Sign-On Bonuses

  • $5,000 Sign-On Bonus – Full-Time positions

  • $4,000 Sign-On Bonus – Part-Time positions

  • $1.00/hour evening differential

  • $1.00/hour weekend differential

  • $2.00/hour weekend evening differential

  • Shift pick-up bonuses: $14–$16/hour

The Nurses at Hope Residence are responsible for providing safe, high-quality, person-centered nursing care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) regulations, professional nursing standards, and organizational policies. The Nurse collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to support the health, safety, and independence of individuals served.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Essential duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform initial, annual, and ongoing nursing assessments to evaluate residents’ health status and needs

  • Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and Minnesota Nurse Practice Act

  • Monitor for changes in residents’ physical and behavioral conditions and initiate appropriate nursing interventions

  • Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to direct care staff

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in the electronic health record

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, guardians, case managers, and healthcare providers

  • Participate in care conferences, audits, and quality improvement activities

  • Promote resident rights, dignity, self-determination, and least restrictive care practices



Qualifications

Required:

  • Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) or License Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Minnesota

  • Ability to meet DHS background study requirements

Preferred:

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities

  • Experience in long-term care, ICF, or residential healthcare settings
