We are looking for a Fullstack Team Leader who can rally a team behind a vision, build it efficiently, and have the foresight to help the company scale through software. This position is meant for those who want to be in the thick of things and make impactful decisions.

You will be building and maintaining our most sensitive systems and platforms that enable and empower our company’s growth. Our system supports millions of requests per second and should be built to scale and high performance. In our data-driven environment, your team's planning and implementation has a crucial role in our ability to support our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, code, and manage large scale, highly available, real-time (low latency) services using cutting edge technologies (Node.js, React, Redis, Kubernetes, etc. over AWS).
• Lead and mentor a team of around 4 members, abroad, and performing code reviews to other team members.
• Work with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data, and Design teams to craft the most optimal solutions for our problems.
• Design and develop APIs or integrate with 3rd party APIs.
• Manage a time-efficient sprint plan. Plan, groom and manage the present sprint and the upcoming ones with Product.
• Understand and implement security and data protection needs, and assist in-house teams and supply creative solutions for various problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of coding experience in Backend (NodeJS is preferred) and Frontend (One of the popular frameworks; React, Vue, Angular)
• 3+ years of management experience
• Working knowledge with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Working with one of the cloud providers: AWS, Google, Microsoft
• Experience in the software life cycle and knowing how to work in an agile environment
• Can-do attitude, self-sufficient, capable of learning alone and good English

• Experience working with offshore constructors - Advantage
• Experience with web-based SaaS systems
