ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Software Engineering Analyst to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with a strong multi-disciplinary background in both software and electronics engineering, capable of contributing across the full stack — from cloud-based backend services to dynamic front-end interfaces and automation workflows.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain software solutions, leveraging a diverse technology stack and your bilingual communication skills to work effectively in international environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Vite.

• Build and maintain back-end services and APIs using Ruby on Rails and Python.

• Develop, deploy, and manage containerized applications using Docker.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines through GitHub Actions.

• Work with relational and non-relational databases including MySQL and Firebase.

• Develop automation scripts and productivity tools using VBA and Python.

• Contribute to cloud infrastructure deployments on Microsoft Azure and AWS.

• Write clean, testable code in C#, C, or C++ where required for system-level components.

• Apply AI/ML tools and techniques to enhance product features and internal workflows.

• Collaborate on version control practices using Git and GitHub, including code reviews and branching strategies.

• Participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to technical documentation.

• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English and Spanish.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering (completed); Bachelor's in Software Engineering (in progress or completed).

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on software development experience in a professional or project-based environment.

• Proficient English communication skills (C1 level); native Spanish speaker.

• Demonstrated experience with front-end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, and Vite.

• Working knowledge of at least two back-end frameworks or languages (Ruby on Rails, Python, C#, C, or C++).

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure and/or AWS) and containerization using Docker.

• Familiarity with database management using MySQL and/or Firebase.

• Version control proficiency with Git and GitHub, including branching and pull request workflows.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Hands-on experience configuring GitHub Actions pipelines for automated testing and deployment.

• Exposure to AI/ML tools, APIs, or model integration in production environments.

• Experience with VBA for Office automation or internal tooling.

• Familiarity with electronics or embedded systems due to Electronics Engineering background.

• Portfolio or open-source contributions demonstrating front-end or full-stack projects.
