We are looking for a versatile technology professional who enjoys working across the boundaries of software engineering, solution design, architecture, and technical product ownership.
Our team develops and operates a portfolio of small to medium-sized HR technology solutions and implements SaaS products within our HR landscape. Our work ranges from building custom applications and automations to integrating SaaS platforms, designing interfaces, and executing data migrations.
In this role, you will initially contribute across different solutions and initiatives. Over time, we expect you to take end-to-end technical ownership of parts of our solution portfolio — driving their development, implementation, evolution, and reliable operation.
This is not a narrowly defined developer position. We are looking for someone who can understand a business problem, design the solution, and help make it real.
We don't expect you to be a specialist in every technology we use. More important is the ability to move confidently between software engineering and higher-level solution thinking.
You should bring:
Experience with HR technology, enterprise SaaS, HR data, or HRIS platforms is helpful but not required.
