What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable applications using Ruby on Rails and Next.js.
- Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS to support application deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Optimize database performance and ensure data integrity using PostgreSQL.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to improve overall functionality and user experience.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to the tech stack.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on web applications.
- Proficiency in AWS, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare technology and industry standards.
- Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts as they relate to software development.
- Previous experience in a venture-backed startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
