What You Will Do

• Develop and enhance consumer-grade, polished mobile and web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features quickly and efficiently.
• Transition seamlessly between frontend and backend development to support a full-stack engineering environment.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable systems that serve a growing user base.
• Engage in problem-solving and brainstorming sessions to innovate solutions for complex financial challenges.
• Take ownership of projects, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with the company’s mission-driven goals.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–10 years of experience with a strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, particularly in cross-platform development.
• Proven comfort with React Native, having worked on mobile codebases and applications.
• Demonstrated high ownership mentality with a strong bias for action and a track record of shipping impactful features.
• Experience in high-growth startup environments, ideally with a stable tenure at credible companies.
• Strong communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred

• Experience in financial services or a passion for fintech innovation and solving wealth inequality.
• Familiarity with backend technologies and a willingness to engage in full-stack development.
• Previous experience in a lean team environment, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
