What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable applications using AWS, Ruby on Rails, and Next.js to improve healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain robust PostgreSQL databases to support application functionality and data integrity.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability through effective monitoring and troubleshooting.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2–6 years of experience in full-stack software development, with a strong focus on web applications.
- Proficiency in AWS services, Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for developing innovative solutions in the healthcare sector.
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare applications or familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks and libraries beyond Next.js, such as React or Angular.
- Understanding of CI/CD processes and experience with automated testing frameworks.
Compensation and Benefits
