What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces with React.
- Optimize database performance and management using PostgreSQL.
- Write clean, maintainable code in Ruby on Rails to support various application features.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to enhance overall code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure high performance and responsiveness.
- Engage in agile development practices to deliver features iteratively and efficiently.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 2-4 years of experience in full-stack software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Django, and JavaScript frameworks, particularly React.
- Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.

Compensation and Benefits
