A growing eCommerce and wholesale distribution company is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join its in-house operations team.
This role focuses on developing and maintaining internal web applications that streamline logistics, inventory, and order management processes. The ideal candidate combines strong technical ability with practical problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset, helping bridge technology with day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain full-stack web applications to improve operational efficiency and workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, sales, and warehouse staff, to identify and solve process challenges.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while following best practices for version control.
Create clear documentation for both technical systems and user workflows to ensure smooth adoption and long-term scalability.
Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript and modern frameworks such as React and Node.js (or similar technologies).
Strong understanding of web architecture, APIs, and database integration.
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a structured approach to development.
Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical teams.
Requirements:
1+ years of experience developing and maintaining production web applications.
Experience with full-stack development in a commercial or operational environment.
Ability to work on-site as part of the core operations team.
Familiarity with agile or iterative development workflows preferred.
