Full Stack Python/React/AI Developer

Location: Warsaw

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days a week from the office)

Rate: 130 PLN/h (B2B)

For our client, a company operating in the insurance sector, we are looking for an experienced Full Stack Python/React/AI Developer. Optiveum manages the entire recruitment process, and upon a successful outcome, you will sign the cooperation agreement directly with us.

Your responsibilities:

• Building the Underwriter OS application: frontend in Next.js/React, backend in FastAPI/Python.
• Building and orchestrating AI agents, including transforming underwriting guidelines into instructions for the agents.
• Integrating agents with the application (e.g., extending the LangChain/LangGraph orchestrator).
• Integrating with core systems: policy administration systems, rating engines, DMS, CRM, broker portals, and Outlook.
• Building data extraction processes from broker documents.
• Deploying solutions on Azure using containers and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of commercial experience as a Developer.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Science / AI, with at least 1 year of production deployments.
• Strong knowledge of React/Next.js and Python/FastAPI.
• Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud technologies: Azure Blob Storage, Document Intelligence, AI Foundry.
• Solid understanding of LangGraph (or similar orchestration tools), Prompt Engineering, and Context Engineering.
• Practical experience with MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and experience working with unstructured data.
• Understanding of AI Governance and AI Act regulatory requirements.
• Native/Fluent Polish (required for communication purposes).

Nice to have:

• Microsoft Azure Certifications: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Experience with Azure AI Search and Power Platform.
• Knowledge of integration tools (e.g., Kafka, ESB).
• Understanding of business processes specific to the insurance industry.
