In this role, you will contribute to building scalable, end-to-end digital solutions by working across backend, frontend, and cloud environments. You will play a key part in designing and developing high-performance applications using Python and modern JavaScript frameworks, ensuring seamless integration between APIs, databases, and user interfaces. The position involves working in a collaborative engineering environment where innovation, clean code, and system reliability are highly valued. You will also engage with cloud-native technologies, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Accountabilities:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance full stack applications using Python for backend services and React for frontend interfaces.
- Design and build scalable APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI or Flask, ensuring performance and security standards.
- Work with cloud infrastructure (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines to deploy and maintain applications efficiently.
- Implement containerized solutions using Docker to ensure scalability and portability across environments.
- Manage and optimize databases including MongoDB and relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Git-based workflows and agile development practices.
- Contribute to system architecture, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of existing applications.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, testing, and quality assurance activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI, Flask, or Django) and React development.
- Experience working with MongoDB and/or relational databases such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with Git, Linux/Unix environments, and modern software development workflows.
- Knowledge of TailwindCSS and .NET Framework is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in collaborative, agile teams.
