Full Stack - Principal Engineer

Our IT Software Engineer team turns business requirements into technology solutions by designing, coding and testing/debugging applications, as well as documenting procedures for use and constantly seeking quality improvements.

You will design and implement critical services, lead complex refactors, and champion quality. You will collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and raise the bar for performance and reliability.

You will:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Angular, JavaScript, and related frontend technologies
• Build scalable, maintainable, and reliable application components across frontend, backend, and database layers

• Work with database technologies such as MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL

  Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for application and operations workflows

• Diagnose and resolve complex application, infrastructure, and production issues.

  Establish and follow best practices for reliability, observability, maintainability, and production support

• Leverage AI coding assistants, agents, and modern IDEs to improve developer productivity, quality, and delivery velocity

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, full stack development, or IT systems delivery
• Strong experience in frontend development using Angular and JavaScript

• Experience with backend application development and system integration using JavaPython and

  database technologies such as MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL

• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as coding assistants, agents, and modern IDE integrations

• Proven experience with Git and collaborative development practices.

  Experience building or working with CI/CD pipelines

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
