To be successful as a Full Stack Java Development Engineer - AVP, you should have experience:
Building full-stack solutions using Java (J2EE), Spring Boot, and ReactJS to deliver scalable, high-performance enterprise applications
Designing microservices architectures and apply layered design patterns to address complex, real-world engineering challenges
Following good coding standards, unit testing practices, and quality benchmarks to ensure reliable, maintainable, and resilient systems
Demonstrating a problem-solving mindset with experience in performance optimization, observability, and resiliency within distributed systems
Applying engineering best practices such as Design Patterns, CI/CD, and Test-Driven Development (TDD), while collaborating effectively in agile, cross-functional teams
Some other highly valued skills may include:
Experience working with both SQL and NoSQL databases
Good team-oriented mindset with ownership of end-to-end processes, excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders, adaptability, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-performance engineering environment
Understanding of Financial Crime systems and related technologies
You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in this role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills.
This role is located in our Whippany, NJ office.
Minimum Salary: $120,000
Maximum Salary: $175,000
The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available.
