Job Description

We are looking for a Full Stack Java / Angular Developer to support a digital banking platform within an agile squad environment. The role involves application development, technical analysis, production support, deployment coordination, and collaboration with business and IT stakeholders across multiple locations.

The allocation is approximately 25% in an international virtual team.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Participate in technical studies and pre-project activities related to application architecture and integration.
• 
  Translate business requirements into technical analysis documents.
• 
  Develop, test, and maintain Java / Angular applications and related components.
• 
  Perform unit testing and support validation activities in Quality Center.
• 
  Monitor applications, incidents, problems, support requests, and work requests.
• 
  Coordinate deployments with contributing technical teams.
• 
  Communicate IT updates to business and functional stakeholders regarding changes and production support topics.
• 
  Provide functional support to business users during production management activities.
• 
  Propose improvement areas and support their implementation.
• 
  Contribute to obsolescence management and service continuity planning.
• 
  Work effectively within an agile, remote, and distributed team setup.

Required Skills & Experience

• 
  Strong experience with Java development, minimum Java 8
• 
  Good knowledge of Spring Boot, Java EE, web services, and application integration.
• 
  Strong front-end development experience with Angular
• 
  Knowledge of SOA, microservices, and cloud-native application principles.
• 
  Experience with SQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL databases.
• 
  Familiarity with Maven, Sonar, Git, and Jenkins
• 
  Experience with JIRA, Swagger, and standard office tools.
• 
  Knowledge of change management and incident management processes.
• 
  Experience with incident/change tools such as Snow / ServiceNow
• 
  Good understanding of security principles related to data handling.

Nice to Have

• 
  Experience with ELK stack, especially Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana.
• 
  Knowledge of Prometheus and Dynatrace
• 
  Experience with Adobe LiveCycle and/or PDF Box for document generation.
• 
  Previous experience in banking or financial services environments.
