In this position you will…

…be designing and building software product to meet the needs of Artificial Intelligent solutions. You will be collaborating and working with multiple teams and business stakeholders to understand the different business use cases and engineer this into the software technical build before proceeding to build and test the software ensuring that it is a working product.

You will be responsible for…

• Build cutting-edge technology that provides bolttech with a unique value proposition allowing it to become a leader in the market.
• Ensure timely development of proof of concepts, and prototypes prioritizing time to market with MVP features.
• Utilize Agile and Lean techniques to deliver key features quickly
• Continuously research new technical capability and solutions for adoption.
• Build, enhance and maintain AI solutions.
• Document and elaborate on the technical design and building of the completed product.
• Provide production support for the platform, perform triage and troubleshooting of incidents raised, and restore/fix defects identified in a timely manner
• Build and integrate GenAI capability into platform and solution to build future-proof solutions.
• Ensure the application/platform built is scalable and maintainable at a multi-tenant/international enterprise production level.

For you to be successful… You will require the following qualifications and skills

• Know-how of the AWS technology stacks and services. Familiar with other cloud providers and technology is a plus.
• Experience building applications using services provided by AWS such as Connect, S3, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, EC2, AWS lambda, AppSync, Kinesis, Lex, Polly, Transcribe, ECS, EKS (is a plus), ECR, etc.
• Experience on building Serverless Architecture solutions using Docker, Lambda, ECS, EKS, etc. and Microservice Architecture.
• Familiar with knowledge of Networking such as VPC, Ingress, Egress, Security Group, Load Balancer.
• Having certifications like AWS Solutions Architect or other equivalent is a plus.
• In depth experience working with Node.js, ReactJS, NextJS, Typescript, MERN equivalent stacks.
• Having knowledge about WebRTC is a plus.
• Experience working with Contact Center is a plus.
• Experience working with building GenAI applications and have experience with GenAI Knowledge, such as. Context, Token, Completions, Temperature, RAG, Hallucination, etc.
• Experience working with LangChain, LangGraph and Python.
• Experience working with Google ADK is a strong plus.
• Experience working with Text-to-Speech, Speech-to-Text and Speech-to-Speech is a plus.
• Experience working with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.
• Experience working with CI/CD tooling such as BitBucket pipeline
• Experience working with Unit Testing tools such as Jest/Playwright/Cypress.
• Experience working with Infrastructure-as-a-Code (IaC) such as Terraform.
• Knowledge in source code repository and branching models in Git and usage of tools such as GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket etc.
• Working knowledge of Agile and/or Lean methodologies along with tools such as Confluence, JIRA and Sharepoint.
• Demonstrated exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
