The software is customisable to meet the workflows of single-store, multi-store, and franchise repair businesses in various industry verticals. Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining scalable front-end and back-end applications for web and mobile platforms.
  • Collaborating with product designers, product managers, and other engineers to build user-friendly, high-performance software.
  • Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices in software development.
  • Writing and Implementing comprehensive use cases and test cases for APIs and ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and optimising existing systems for performance and scalability.
  • Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining quality standards.
  • Utilize expertise to optimize legacy algorithms for improved software performance.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools for code generation, refactoring, and optimization to improve productivity and reduce development time.
  • Ensure responsible and secure use of AI, including data privacy and cost optimization.
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to the team lead.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or related field)
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Strong proficiency in backend languages (Node.js and PHP).
  • Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks (Vue.js preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs and expertise in Object Oriented Design and Database Design.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git).
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps basics.
  • Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to following coding best practices.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Node.js, Vue.js, MySQL, TypeScript, TypeORM, JavaScript
