We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to build a global film & crew marketplace from scratch.
This is a true 0-to-1 product:
No existing codebase
No predefined architecture
You will help shape the foundation
You’ll work in a small, high-impact team with strong ownership and autonomy.
🛠️ What You’ll Build
A global film crew marketplace
Real-time “on-set” coordination features
AI-powered features using generative models
Full-stack development:
Frontend: React
Backend: Node.js
Database: MongoDB
Platform integrations
Your own experiments (you define and ship them)
⚡ Your First 30 Days
Week 1: Ship something valuable
Weeks 2–4: Own a product area
Months 2–3: Scale impact and contribute to launch

✅ Requirements
4+ years of software development experience
Recent full-stack experience in production systems
Proven experience shipping AI-integrated features
Strong skills in React, Node.js, MongoDB
Experience working with third-party APIs
Daily use of AI-assisted dev tools
Advanced conversational English, technical level
Professional English communication
Availability in PST hours

Marketplace or ecommerce experience
Generative LLMs Video and Image experience
Familiarity with LangChain, CrewAI, or similar
Ability to travel occasionally
