We are looking for a motivated Full Stack Engineer to work with our cross-functional team and join our world-class community of talented experts. The ideal candidate will be part of the development and support of individual applications and even being a driver for the team. This involves planning, analysis, detailed design, testing and implementing the components. You will lead the effort in the analysis and implementation of an application and all of its components. This involves determining systems requirements and leading systems design. You will partner with the IT Architects during the initial stages of the project/solution to ensure the accuracy of business cases and that the solution will meet the business need.

• You play an important role in the development of modern cloud native enterprise web applications
• You proactively drive the professional operation of your solutions by using our innovative supplier touch point
• You are part of a focused feature team or even take over its technical leadership
• You have a high demand on software quality and maintain it through automated tests as well as architecture and code reviews

Experience and Skills You Will Need

• +5 years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Expertise in Java or Kotlin, capable of designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend/frontend systems.
• Proficiency in cloud-native technologies, preferably Kubernetes, Azure DevOps, Docker and other established cloud solutions.
• Skilled in frontend technologies, with experience in frameworks like Vue or Angular.
• Strong database expertise in MongoDB or other NoSQL systems, with a solid understanding of data modeling and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps would be a plus.
• Knowledge of monitoring and tracing tools like Grafana, Jaeger or OpenTelemetry to enhance observability and performance analysis.
• Effective communicator who can clearly articulate complex ideas, both verbally and in writing, in a collaborative, international team environment.
• Comfortable working in dynamic environment where you can adapt to evolving processes and challenges.
• Proactive team player, eager to take initiative, share knowledge, and drive growth both individually and for the team.
• You enjoy contributing innovations to the developer community and convincing others of your ideas.
• English language both written and spoken.
