The Senior Manager, Full StackEngineerplays a critical role in building and scaling the Coke ON platform and related digital products and technology that power Coca-Cola's next phase of digital transformation. Reporting to the Senior Director, Technology Delivery Lead, this role combines hands-on technical leadership with product and engineeringpartnershipto deliver modern, scalable, and secure solutions that create measurable business value for Coke ON.

As Coca-Cola accelerates the adoption of data, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence across core business domains, this role helps design, develop, and evolve Coke ON and related enterprise applications that support end-to-end business processes, digital experiences, and data-driven decision making, collaborating closely with product managers, solution architects, data engineers, integration teams, cybersecurity specialists, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of the Coke ON platform and other enterprise applications and digital products that support Coca-Cola's digital transformation strategy.

  • Build scalable front-end and back-end solutions for Coke ON that enable seamless user experiences, business process automation, and data-driven decision making.

  • Collaborate with product, architecture, data, integration, and business teams to translate Coke ON requirements into high-quality technical solutions.

  • Develop andmaintainmodern application architectures for Coke ON using cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, and event-driven design patterns.

  • Drive engineering best practices including code quality, automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, observability, and performance optimization for Coke ON.

  • Support the integration of artificial intelligence, machine learning, analytics, and automation capabilities into Coke ON and other digital products.

  • Partner with cybersecurity and platform teams to ensure Coke ON applications meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, compliance, and resilience.

  • Identifyand address technical debt while driving continuous improvement in Coke ON's application stability, maintainability, and scalability.

  • Contribute to technical roadmaps and engineering strategies that support Coke ON's future-state digital capabilities and business growthobjectives

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide leadership in resolving Coke ON production challenges and application performance concerns.

  • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve engineering efficiency and business outcomes for Coke ON.

  • Directly shapes the reliability, performance, and scalability of the Coke ON platform serving JKOU consumers and bottler operations.

  • Owns technical delivery roadmaps for Coke ON features thatimpactcommercial, marketing, and vending outcomes.

  • Operates across product, architecture, data, integration, and cybersecurity functions within a matrixed technology organization.

  • Fosters a culture of collaboration, learning, innovation, and engineering excellence across cross-functional Coke ON teams.

  • Balances delivery speed with application quality, security, scalability, and long-term maintainability for Coke ON.

  • Applies cloud-native, microservices, and event-driven design patterns to improve Coke ON's engineering efficiency and resilience.

  • Identifiesand resolves complex technical challenges spanning multiple systems and platforms that support Coke ON.

Communication & Influence

  • Communicates technical concepts and engineeringtradeoffs clearlyto product, business, and technical stakeholders across the Coke ON organization.

  • Influences engineering practices, architecture decisions, and development standards to improve Coke ON team effectiveness.

  • Facilitates collaboration across product, architecture, data, integration, and cybersecurity teams.

  • Builds trusted relationships across the Coca-Cola system to accelerate Coke ON's engineering delivery and adoption.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, ora relatedtechnical discipline.

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, full stack development, or related technology disciplines.

  • 3+ years of experience leading technical initiatives or serving as a senior engineering contributor within enterprise technology environments.

  • Demonstratedexpertisedeveloping modern front-end and back-end applications using contemporary programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

  • Experience building cloud-native applications and services within public cloud environments.

  • Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems design.

  • Experience delivering digital products and enterprise applications using agile and product-centric delivery methodologies — ideally consumer-facing platforms such as Coke ON.

  • Working knowledge of data platforms, analytics solutions, AI enablement, and enterprise integration patterns.

  • Strong understanding of application security, identity management, privacy controls, and secure software development practices.

  • Experience implementing automated testing, continuous integration, continuous delivery, andDevSecOpspractices.
