
The Full Stack Engineer – Incident Response & Application Stability is responsible for stabilizing and improving business-critical web applications and internal systems within one.com group.one
The role focuses on analyzing production incidents, identifying root causes, and implementing sustainable technical solutions to ensure system stability, maintainability, and reliable application performance. This role is designed for developing existing features instead of building new features.
You will work closely with incident management, support teams, developers, and product stakeholders to ensure stable and consistent user experience.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve incidents impacting internal and customer-facing applications
Perform structured root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
Respond to production issues and support system stability across applications
Take ownership of technical issues from analysis to resolution
Collaborate with support teams, developers, and stakeholders to reproduce and resolve issues
Analyze software errors and review existing code
Refactor code in line with coding standards and best practices
Perform basic quality assurance of code and functionality
Create and maintain documentation including incident reports, root cause analysis, and fixes
Contribute to knowledge sharing and improvement of operational processes
Experience with PHP development
Knowledge of MySQL and PostgreSQL
Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
Ability to analyze logs, reproduce issues, and identify root causes
Understanding of software development and code quality practices
Good communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Exposure to HTML, CSS, Vue.js, Laravel
Understanding of REST APIs and GraphQL
Familiarity with Git and Docker
Experience with testing frameworks like PHPUnit or Pest
5 – 10 years of relevant experience in Software development.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT or equivalent.
