ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a
Full Stack Engineer
to build customer-facing features across Django backend services and React/TypeScript frontend applications for a marketplace platform serving renters, landlords, and multifamily operators. You will own features end-to-end — from schema design and REST APIs to UI and production rollout — while using AI coding tools as a regular part of your daily workflow. The role includes on-call participation and close collaboration with product, design, and data science teams in a fully remote environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Ship customer-facing features end-to-end, including schema work, APIs, frontend UI, tests, and rollout;
- Build and maintain backend services using Python, Django, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, and REST/JSON APIs;
- Develop frontend applications using React, Redux, TypeScript, and server-side rendering;
- Partner with product managers on scoping, tradeoffs, and technical feasibility;
- Push back on requirements when needed and contribute to better product and technical decisions;
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions;
- Use AI coding tools as a regular part of the development workflow;
- Contribute to internal AI agent platforms;
- Support production reliability through on-call participation;
- Collaborate with product, design, data science, and engineering stakeholders in a remote environment.
MUST HAVES

3+ years of professional fullstack experience shipping production code

- Ability to triage incidents, escalate when needed, and contribute to follow-up postmortems;
- Clear written communication skills in a fully remote environment;
- Upper-intermediate English level.
