We're seeking a Full Stack Engineer - II to join our Engineering team and play a pivotal role in building the core automation engine that powers CODVO.AI's data intelligence platform. You'll be the primary owner of our Python codebase while collaborating with senior developers to architect data ingestion, standardization, and matching logic that transforms complex business processes. This is an opportunity to make a direct impact on a product that helps organizations automate critical data workflows. What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain the Python codebase for the core automation engine, including data ingestion pipelines, standardization logic, and matching algorithms
• Design and implement ETL middleware solutions that process, validate, and transform data from multiple sources with high accuracy and performance
• Build Excel and PDF output pipelines using pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter to generate comprehensive reports and reconciliation documents
• Create responsive frontend components using React.js that enable users to interact with automation workflows and visualize results
• Translate business rules into scalable code by collaborating with stakeholders to understand matching scenarios, reconciliation logic, and classification requirements
• Write comprehensive unit tests using pytest to ensure code quality, reliability, and maintainability across the full stack
• Document matching rules and reconciliation scenarios based on stakeholder discussions, serving as a bridge between technical implementation and business requirements
• Collaborate with senior developers to architect solutions that balance performance, scalability, and maintainability
  
  What We're Looking For

               Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of professional software development experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Python development with proven production experience
• Strong expertise with pandas, openpyxl, and xlsxwriter for data manipulation and report generation
• Solid experience building user interfaces with React.js
• Proficiency with unit testing frameworks (pytest) and version control systems (Git)
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team
  
  Nice to Have
• Experience with SQLAlchemy for ORM and database abstraction
• PostgreSQL database design and optimization experience
• Familiarity with Tableau or other business intelligence tools
• Experience with ETL frameworks or data pipeline orchestration
• Knowledge of API development and REST principles
• Exposure to CI/CD practices and DevOps tools
• Background in financial reconciliation or data matching domains
