The traditional production process is slow and never built for today's scale. Riverside's technology streamlines the entire content production process, turning real conversations into professional grade videos, podcasts, webinars, livestreams, and whatever comes next.

Quality is in everything we do, and today a big part of that quality comes from AI. This is where your role comes in: as a Full Stack Engineer on our AI Agents team, you'll build the agents that turn raw conversations into finished, ready to publish content.

About the AI Agents Team

Riverside is becoming an agent-first company, and the AI Agents team is shaping its core creation experience. We own the editorial agents that turn recordings into compelling clips and finished edits, combining audio, video, and text to help users create content they're proud to share.

Building on our shared agent infrastructure, we develop both the agents and the product experiences around them. You'll help define how agents make editing decisions and how users guide, review, and apply their work. With ownership across the stack and close collaboration with Product, you'll build capabilities that directly shape Riverside's next generation of products.

On your day to day

We're looking for a driven, hands-on Full Stack Engineer who wants to build at the cutting edge of AI and media.

• Build and own agent-powered features end to end in Node.js, TypeScript and React
• Implement agents that combine audio, video and text context to create and edit content
• Build generative experiences that let users create any content they want, get insights from the platform, and connect it straight into their edit
• Work closely with Product to understand the why behind what we build, challenge tasks that aren't clear, and help shape the solution
• Move between several product areas and stakeholders, keep work moving across dependencies, and flag blockers early
• Use AI tools as a natural part of how you design, build and debug, while reviewing their output with a critical eye

Requirements

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with strong full-stack skills (Node.js, TypeScript and React)
• Hands-on experience with AI architectures and agent frameworks (such as Mastra or similar)
• You thrive on context switching and know how to prioritize when things get interrupted
• A clear, proactive communicator who keeps stakeholders in the loop and creates momentum
• Comfortable making decisions under ambiguity and moving fast
• Real drive and hunger to grow: you don't shy away from hard work
• You care about the product and the people who use it
• Experience with audio, video or media processing - a big plus!
