The Opportunity Is Real.

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to help design, build, and support modern digital experiences that solve meaningful business problems. In this role, you will work across the frontend and backend to deliver scalable, reliable, and user-friendly applications using modern engineering practices, cloud-native technologies, and a strong product mindset. You will have the opportunity to lead a new UX/CX development team building out the next generation of digital interactions for our customers.

The Stack Is Modern.

You will work with technologies such as React, content management systems, workflow orchestration platforms, Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, AWS, Kafka, MuleSoft, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized applications. You will also have opportunities to explore AI-assisted development tools that improve productivity, quality, and speed of delivery.

The Team Is Collaborative.

You will join a team that values curiosity, accountability, psychological safety, and continuous improvement. We believe strong engineering outcomes come from open communication, shared ownership, and a willingness to learn from one another. If you enjoy solving complex problems, mentoring others, and building solutions customers love to use, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.

  • Integrate applications with enterprise systems, data platforms, and event-driven architectures using tools such as Kafka, MuleSoft, and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, analysts, designers, and fellow engineers to translate business needs into high-quality technical solutions.
  • Contribute to Agile ceremonies, technical design discussions, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD delivery practices.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, improve system reliability, and continuously refine application performance, maintainability, and security.
  • Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and support modernization efforts

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • Five or more years of experience in full-stack application development, or equivalent hands-on experience delivering production software.
  • Exceptional frontend engineering experience with React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern UI development practices.
  • A strong focus on developing awesome user and customer digital experiences.
  • Strong backend engineering experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, microservices, Mulesoft, and modern integration patterns.
  • Experience with cloud-based application development, preferably AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and operational support.
  • Experience with GitHub, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and secure software delivery practices.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems, make sound technical decisions, and balance quality, speed, scalability, and maintainability.
  • A collaborative mindset, clear communication style, and willingness to ask questions, share knowledge, and support teammates.
  • Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies, improve engineering practices, and drive outcomes forward.
  • You promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.

Preferred:

  • Experience with React, AWS, CI/CD, GitHub, Kafka, event-driven architecture, and MuleSoft AnyPoint Studio.
  • Experience working in a SAFe Agile or similar scaled Agile environment.
  • Experience working with CMSs like Contentful and orchestration platforms such as Camunda.

  • A passion for improving customer and user experiences through thoughtful design, clean architecture, and continuous delivery.
