We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Engineer with 4–6 years of professional experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and backend systems. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Python and Django, along with a solid understanding of frontend development and web application architecture.

You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering teams to build reliable, high-performance applications, develop APIs, integrate third-party services, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using Python and Django.
• Build robust and secure backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Develop and integrate frontend components to deliver responsive and user-friendly applications.
• Design efficient application architecture and contribute to technical and design decisions.
• Work with databases to create, optimize, and maintain data models and queries.
• Integrate external APIs, third-party platforms, and internal services.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, security, and reliability issues.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Develop unit and integration tests to maintain application quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with product, design, QA, and other engineering teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to continuous improvement of existing systems.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to development processes and application architecture.

Must-Have Skills

Python: Strong hands-on experience developing production-grade applications and backend services using Python.

Django: Excellent experience with Django and its ecosystem, including Django REST Framework, ORM, middleware, authentication, and API development.

Full Stack Development: Good understanding of frontend and backend development, web application architecture, HTTP/REST APIs, and client-server communication.

Software Engineering: Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, data structures, debugging, design patterns, version control, and software development best practices.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience deploying and managing applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, and ECS.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Understanding of cloud-native architecture and distributed systems.
• Exposure to Redis, Celery, message queues, or asynchronous processing.

Experience & Qualifications

• 4–6 years of professional experience in full stack or software development.
• Strong professional experience with Python and Django is mandatory.
• Experience building and supporting production-grade web applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
