As a Full-Stack Engineer at Dashy:

• Design, build, and iterate on systems and features across the stack for digital entertainment products such as gaming, video and music streaming.
• Work closely with a cross-functional team of developers, designers, producers, and product managers.
• Bring your own ideas to the table - we want people who push projects forward, not just execute tickets.
• Support colleagues as they grow, and grow alongside them.

We're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.
• Backend experience with Java, C#, Kotlin, Golang or similar languages.
• Strong React skills, plus comfort picking up other frontend frameworks.
• Solid grasp of RESTful and/or RPC API design.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong engineering fundamentals - clean code, testing, and thoughtful system design.
• Clear, confident communicator who collaborates easily across disciplines.
• Curious by nature - always exploring new tools, languages, and ways of working.
• Genuine excitement for games, music, and/or interactive media.
• You enjoy mentoring others, sharing knowledge, and helping teammates grow.
• You use AI-assisted development tools thoughtfully and validate outputs with sound engineering judgment.
