We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Engineer to build scalable, reliable, and user-centric software solutions from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning features end-to-end, working across both backend and frontend technologies, and delivering high-quality products in a fast-paced environment.

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining business-critical applications using modern web technologies. You will collaborate closely with architects, product teams, and end users to translate real-world requirements into intuitive, scalable solutions. The role requires a strong engineering mindset, the ability to work across the entire technology stack, and a passion for leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end application features across backend and frontend systems.
• Build scalable backend services using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), and PostgreSQL.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces using React and Next.js.
• Create and maintain integrations with third-party enterprise systems, ensuring reliability and performance.
• Develop and manage REST APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, and asynchronous workflows.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability while following engineering best practices.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with strong attention to quality and reliability.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to accelerate development while reviewing generated code to ensure accuracy, maintainability, and security.
• Troubleshoot production issues, improve existing functionality, and contribute to continuous product enhancements.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), React, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, relational database design, and SQL optimization.
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with asynchronous processing, background jobs, and scalable application architecture.
• Strong understanding of frontend development, responsive design, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with Git, testing frameworks, debugging, and software development best practices.
• Comfortable using AI-powered coding assistants and modern developer productivity tools to enhance software delivery.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
