We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help us further develop and implement our digital pension portals at customers. If you enjoy working across both front-end and back-end technologies, building scalable solutions and contributing to modern digital experiences, we would like to meet you.
Key About Your Role
As a Full Stack Software Engineer within a team, you develop and maintain the digital portals and supporting services that pension providers use to interact with employers, advisors and participants. You work across the full technology stack, building intuitive user interfaces while also developing and enhancing the backend services that power them.
Together with Software Engineers, Test Engineers, Design Engineers and a Product Owner, you take ownership of delivering high-quality functionality from concept to production. You analyse functional requirements, translate them into technical solutions and contribute to all stages of the software development lifecycle.
You help further modernising our technology landscape by improving existing applications, developing new features and contributing to architectural and engineering improvements. This includes initiatives such as modernising front-end components, enhancing backend services and APIs, improving performance and maintainability, and supporting the migration towards modern technologies and development practices.
You actively participate in technical discussions, code reviews and knowledge sharing. As part of a broader engineering community, you continuously look for opportunities to improve both your own skills and our products.
Key About Your Team
The Plexus Digital Engagement (PDE) cluster creates and manages the online portals that pension providers use to interact with employers, advisors and participants.
We support both long-time customers using existing portal solutions and new customers adopting our modern PDE platform. Our team combines product experts, engineers and support specialists who work together to deliver and maintain customer portals and ensure they run smoothly and securely.
PDE plays an important role in helping pension funds and insurers offer clear, user-friendly digital services and supports Keylane’s growth through new implementations and upgrades. You will work in a collaborative and experienced team where ownership, quality and continuous improvement are central.
