As a Product Engineer, you will own the product end-to-end and be responsible for its success and long-term vision. You will work at the intersection of engineering, product and business - solving real customer problems and driving measurable impact.
You will be expected to think beyond code, understanding the why behind what you build, the users you’re building for and how your work contributes to the overall product ecosystem.
Own problem statements end-to-end, not just components or features
Drive outcomes, success is measured by impact, not just code shipped
Work across the entire codebase to solve user problems without strict ownership boundaries
Build, iterate, and launch solutions, including coordinating go-to-market efforts (training, rollouts, etc.)
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (operations, growth, etc.)
Define quarterly goals, what you plan to build, why it matters, and the impact it will create
Ideal fit:
3+ years of strong programming and product experience.
Understands how to make trade-offs and prioritisation, is comfortable with ambiguity.
AI-native by default, you use AI to think, build, and ship
High Ownership & Impact orientation.
Creative thinker, past exposure to product management decisions is a big plus.
