Our client is building an AI-powered risk intelligence platform transforming how financial institutions manage third-party risk and compliance workflows.
Their platform captures and scales the expertise of highly specialized compliance professionals through AI-driven workflow automation.
The company has already achieved significant early traction with rapid customer deployments and substantial contracted revenue shortly after launch.
This is a rare opportunity to join an elite early-stage engineering team at the inflection point of product-market fit, where engineers have direct ownership over product direction and customer impact.
Build and ship customer-facing product features across the full stack
Work across Python, React, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and AWS
Own features end-to-end from ideation through deployment
Translate customer workflows into scalable product capabilities
Build AI-first workflow orchestration systems
Improve platform reliability and performance under bursty workloads
Drive product strategy alongside engineering execution
Partner directly with customers and domain experts
Improve engineering standards and development velocity
Contribute to architecture evolution as the platform scales
Ship rapidly in a high-ownership startup environment
Help shape engineering culture during hypergrowth
2–6+ years of full-stack engineering experience
Strong production experience with Python
Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript
Experience shipping customer-facing product features
Startup or high-growth product engineering experience
Ability to work autonomously in ambiguous environments
Strong product sense
Track record of moving quickly
Comfort with full-stack ownership
Strong engineering fundamentals
Experience collaborating cross-functionally
Series A / B startup engineering experience
Former founder experience
Meaningful side projects or open-source contributions
