Project Role Description : Responsible for developing and/or engineering the end-to-end features of a system, from user experience to backend code. As a Full Stack Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and refining comprehensive system features that span from the user interface to the backend infrastructure. This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with team members to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic, focused on innovation and problem-solving to address complex business challenges effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their growth.
- Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development activities and solutions.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Strong understanding of backend development, including server-side programming and database management.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies to support scalable applications.
- Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
