What you'll do

We are seeking a seasoned Full Stack Engineer to join our Ghent team full-time. In this critical role, you will:

⚙️ Solve Complex Business Problems – Design and implement robust full-stack solutions that address complex business challenges. Collaborate with the product team to turn complex industrial use cases into elegant, usable solutions that make life easier for manufacturers.

🛡 Keep it secure & scalable – Ensure our platform remains robust, secure, and ready to scale with thousands of users across multiple markets.

🚀 Ship features fast (and smart) – Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code that helps us move quickly without breaking things.

🔧 Own the stack – Dive into backend APIs, architect frontend components, and optimize performance across every layer of our platform.

🧠 Bring ideas to life – Participate in planning, prototyping, and implementing new features that align with customer needs and business goals. Your expertise in both frontend and backend development will ensure a seamless and secure user experience.

📈 Measure, learn, improve – Use metrics and user feedback to iterate and enhance the performance, reliability, and usability of our products.

🤝 Team up cross-functionally – Work closely with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver seamless product experiences.

Requirements

👨‍💻Experience & skills we are looking for:

• Masterful proficiency in React.js as well as NodeJS, TypeScript & MongoDB

• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch

• Are familiar with GitHub

• Are able to write quality code with automated tests

• Big plus if you have experimented with AI and/or machine learning
