About the Role

As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of developing and maintaining high-quality applications that support business functions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize solutions that meet evolving business needs while adhering to best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust applications using Angular, .NET, and other modern technologies
• Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure optimal application performance
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain code quality
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and methodologies
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions
• Document code, processes, and technical specifications for knowledge sharing

About the Team

The Application Development Services team is responsible for 100+ applications serving multiple domains of the company - from Reinsurance to Finance or HR using agile methodologies. Applications are mostly based on Microsoft tech stack deployed to Microsoft Azure cloud platform. Our team consists of 30+ professionals based in Bratislava, Zurich, Munich and India.

Your attention to detail and commitment to quality make you an ideal candidate to help us build and maintain critical applications that power our business.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:

• Strong experience with Angular framework and front-end development
• Proficiency in NET or equivalent backend development experience
• Experience working with databases such as MSSQL or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Scrum methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

These are additional nice to haves:

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Familiarity with AI solutions including development of custom agents and implementation of AI orchestration frameworks
• Knowledge of SharePoint development and web parts
• Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate environment

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between 2,800 and EUR 4,600 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:​

• the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role, ​
• the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.​
