What You Will Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications that enhance the recruiting marketplace experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-centric features that improve engagement.
• Utilize proprietary data to drive insights and optimize the recruiting process.
• Build scalable systems that can handle millions of candidate and recruiter interactions.
• Innovate and iterate on tools that support recruiters in their daily workflows.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–5 years of full-stack engineering experience with a strong focus on building end-to-end products.
• Proven track record of working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments or on innovative projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for user engagement.
• A product-minded approach with a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Compensation and Benefits
