What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features across both front-end and back-end layers of the platform.
- Develop and scale custom workflow systems that support diverse business logic and automation requirements.
- Build and maintain integrations with third-party tools, APIs, and enterprise systems.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and AI teams to translate complex requirements into reliable, performant software.
- Contribute to architectural decisions that support a growing, real-time data infrastructure.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt across the stack.
- Help establish and uphold engineering best practices, code quality standards, and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on backend systems and versatility in front-end development.
- Proven experience building and shipping production-grade full-stack applications, particularly with a strong proficiency in Go.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling backend infrastructure, APIs, and databases.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native deployments, particularly in high-traffic environments.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work, with a track record of mentoring others.
Preferred
- Experience working on platforms that involve automation, orchestration, or AI-driven workflows.
- Familiarity with data pipeline design or systems that unify data across multiple sources.
- Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth technology company, demonstrating a proactive approach to technical improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
