What You Will Do
- Design, build, and maintain full-stack features that drive the hospitality platform's functionality.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Own the entire software development lifecycle, from architecture and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Contribute to a codebase that enhances personalized service delivery for customers at scale.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and technical debt throughout the stack.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high engineering standards across the team.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 4–10 years of professional experience in full-stack software engineering.
- Proven track record of building and shipping product features across front-end and back-end environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently across the entire stack.
- Experience in building scalable, reliable systems in a product-driven company.
- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both engineering and non-engineering stakeholders.
Preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced, product-driven startup environments.
- Familiarity with collaborating directly with founders, designers, and customers to influence product decisions.
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for system and product improvements.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary for this role ranges from $170K to $210K, with a competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and professional growth.
