What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using Python, TypeScript, and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for the AI operating system.
- Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers in the team.
- Integrate machine learning models into the existing platform to enhance functionality.
- Utilize Git for version control and maintain a clean codebase.
- Participate in agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 3–6 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on Python and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies, particularly React.
- Solid understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
- Experience working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts and their application in software development.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in veterinary care or related fields.

Compensation and Benefits
