Full Stack Engineer

What You Will Do

• Design and implement scalable web applications using TypeScript and React.
• Manage and optimize databases with PostgreSQL to ensure high performance and reliability.
• Deploy and maintain applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Terraform for streamlined deployment processes.
• Utilize Python and Rust for backend development, ensuring robust and efficient code.
• Engage in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing to foster a collaborative environment.

Ideal Candidate Background

• 3–8 years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on TypeScript and React.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, specifically AWS and GCP.
• Experience with database management and optimization using PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with modern development practices, including containerization with Docker and infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred

• Experience with AI technologies and frameworks, particularly OpenAI.
• Knowledge of additional programming languages such as Swift or NodeJS.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.
• Previous experience in a startup or high-growth environment.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $300K, complemented by equity options between $30K and $100K. This company offers a competitive compensation package designed to attract top talent in the industry.
