As a Full Stack Engineer, youll join a distributed engineering team responsible for developing and scaling core platform systems that support AI-powered matching, marketplace functionality, and global product infrastructure.
This is a hands-on role that combines system design, backend architecture, and product collaboration. Youll work closely with product, data, and infrastructure teams to deliver software that impacts thousands of users worldwide.
Design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications using Python and Ruby on Rails
Architect and implement scalable backend systems supporting data-intensive workloads.
Lead or contribute to key technical decisions across major product initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, data scientists, and other engineers.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous technical improvement.
Implement AI-driven features and algorithms that improve product intelligence and user experience.
Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with engineering best practices.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Advanced proficiency in Python and Ruby on Rails (required).
Experience with distributed systems, API design, and microservices.
Strong background in building scalable, data-rich applications.
Familiarity with AI/ML, recommendation systems, or marketplace platforms preferred.
Proven ability to own complex projects end-to-end and deliver results.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
U.S.-based; must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments.
Track record of working in mission-driven sectors such as climate tech, sustainability, or data platforms.
Diverse backgrounds encouraged empathy, curiosity, and collaboration are core values.
Alumni from top engineering programs (MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, Harvard, Georgia Tech, etc.) preferred but not required.
Engineers who have worked in both startup and enterprise settings are especially valued.
