This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Full-Stack Digital Marketer in Brazil.

This role is an opportunity to help build a marketing function from the ground up in a fast-growing, international consulting environment. You will act as a versatile, hands-on digital marketer owning execution across social media, email, SEO, CRM, and content operations. Working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager and a small cross-functional team, you will play a key role in shaping how the brand attracts, engages, and converts its audience. The environment is highly collaborative, fast-moving, and execution-focused, requiring strong ownership and adaptability. You will have visibility across the full marketing funnel and the opportunity to directly influence growth outcomes. This is a role for someone who thrives in building systems, testing ideas quickly, and iterating based on performance data.

Accountabilities

You will be responsible for executing and optimizing core digital marketing activities across multiple channels while supporting the buildout of scalable growth systems.

  • Own and manage the organic social media calendar across platforms such as LinkedIn and Instagram, including scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking
  • Set up, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns, segmentation strategies, and automated workflows
  • Support SEO initiatives including keyword research, metadata optimization, internal linking, and content brief development
  • Coordinate content production by briefing and managing freelance writers and ensuring timely delivery of marketing assets
  • Support CRM operations in HubSpot, including basic automation workflows, lead nurturing sequences, and campaign tracking
  • Collaborate with the UX/UI designer on landing page creation and A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion performance
  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports across social, email, and SEO channels to inform decision-making
  • Coordinate creative asset needs across marketing channels including social, email, and paid media campaigns
  • Requirements

    The ideal candidate is a well-rounded digital marketer with strong execution ability across multiple growth channels and a data-driven mindset.

    • 4–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or growth-focused roles
    • Proven experience managing organic social media channels, including content planning, publishing, and engagement
    • Strong knowledge of email marketing including segmentation, automation flows, and A/B testing
    • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals such as keyword research, on-page optimization, and metadata
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions
    • Excellent written communication skills with experience briefing, editing, and reviewing marketing copy
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment
    • Familiarity with marketing tools such as CRM platforms, scheduling tools, or analytics dashboards is a plus
