Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Full Stack Developer with 3 to 4 years of experience in Flutter and GoLang. The selected candidate will contribute to the development of a healthcare-focused platform, involving analytics dashboards, performance modules, and backend integrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain dynamic, tabular reports (12+ formats) using Flutter with support for flexible column structures.
  • Implement advanced filtering and search features across large datasets with multi-level criteria.
  • Build interactive visualizations including graphs, widgets, and charts using appropriate chart libraries.
  • Integrate Excel export functionality using libraries like xlsx or Flutter-compatible alternatives.
  • Set up and embed analytics dashboards via Apache Superset or similar tools, ensuring seamless user access.
  • Design and develop backend services in GoLang for data retrieval, transformation, and processing.
  • Optimize API performance through indexing, caching, and smart data structuring.
  • Work closely with UI/UX teams to ensure responsive and intuitive frontend components.
  • Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability across both frontend and backend systems.
  • Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and provide accurate task estimates.
