Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join our office in Uruguay.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of development experience, a strong passion for technology, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the product team to drive and maintain FrontStory’s success.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality applications on time, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Continuously learn, share new ideas, and stay updated on emerging technical concepts while collaborating closely with team members.
  • Actively contribute to architectural and design discussions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated expertise in both client-side and server-side development.
  • 5+ years of experience with Python, Elasticsearch, Node.js, and Java.
  • 3+ years of experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing system architecture.
  • Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SQL or equivalent databases.
  • Experience with AWS (a plus).
  • Strong team player and self-driven learner (Autodidact).
  • Experience with distributed systems.
  • Advanced knowledge of Big Data technologies.
