Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on Full-stack Developer with an interest in back-end technologies to join our growing team in Gdańsk, Poland.

In this role, you’ll work across the full stack, developing and delivering features on both the back end and front end. We’re looking for someone who has practical, hands-on experience with both areas and is comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end development.

You’ll be part of an ambitious, collaborative product team working with a modern tech stack and agile delivery practices. Working closely with UX/UI designers, Product Managers, QAs, and fellow engineers, you’ll contribute to building and shipping high-quality features that are scalable, maintainable, and user-friendly.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and running the C#/.NET services behind ABAX's fleet management platform, from processing vehicle telemetry to powering what customers see in the web app.
• Working with vehicle data end to end: Kafka streams, PostgreSQL and MongoDB, analytical queries over hundreds of thousands of assets.
• Building customer-facing AI features
• Making changes to customer-facing web features in Vue 3 and TypeScript.
• Using AI tools every day to write, review, and understand code.
• Owning your changes all the way to production: code review, GitLab CI/CD, and deployment to Kubernetes.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience with C# and modern .NET.
• Experience building and maintaining REST and gRPC APIs.
• Experience with relational and document databases. We run PostgreSQL, MongoDB and SQL Server.
• Experience with event streaming in production, Kafka or similar.
• Comfortable making changes in a Vue 3 and TypeScript codebase, or in React or Angular with a willingness to switch.
• Hands-on use of AI coding assistants in your daily work, and a view on where they help and where they don't.
• Clear communication in both Polish and English.

Nice to Have

• You've built something with LLMs, at work or on the side, and you're curious how to make AI features that customers actually trust.
• Agent tooling: MCP servers, evals, or internal AI developer tooling.
• Elasticsearch or another search engine at scale.
• A cloud platform, preferably GCP.
• Observability tooling: logs, metrics, tracing, for example Datadog.
