Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead (.NET & Angular) – Medior

Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid)

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead to join a dynamic IT Development team supporting critical digital transformation initiatives within the public sector. In this role, you will contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of enterprise web applications that support large-scale business processes and services.

Working within an Agile environment, you will collaborate closely with project leaders, analysts, and fellow developers to deliver high-quality technical solutions while also providing technical guidance to the development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain new and existing web applications and software components.
• Translate functional requirements into robust technical designs and solutions.
• Ensure technical solutions align with architectural standards, frameworks, and best practices.
• Act as a technical lead by supporting and mentoring team members on technical matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate shared components across multiple applications.
• Contribute to system improvements, code quality, testing, debugging, and maintenance activities.
• Communicate openly with stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience developing .NET-based applications.
• Strong expertise in .NET (C#), ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web API.
• Experience with Angular 20 or higher.
• Experience with Entity Framework Core (EF Core).
• Strong knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Proven ability to work independently on coding, testing, debugging, and application maintenance.
• Dutch language proficiency at CEFR C2 level.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NGRX.
• Knowledge of CQRS architecture patterns.
• Experience using GitHub Copilot.
• Experience working within Scrum teams.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Previous experience acting as a technical lead or mentoring developers.
